Homemade Cough and Lung Inflammation Recipe: More Powerful Than any Cough Syrup and Faster Acting

The medicines made for coughing usually contain Dextromethorphan or DXM. DXM has been used in this type of medicine as an active ingredient but it’s very dangerous, in fact, it can be fatal for babies and children (this also counts for young adults). This ingredient is one of the main reasons for emergency room visits and drug-related deaths in the young adults, and all parents should be warned about the fact that 10% of the children don’t have the needed enzymes to metabolize DXM effectively, which leads to very dangerous circumstances.
According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, for children and infants that are under the age of 2 shouldn’t be given cough and cold medicines “because serious and potentially life-threatening side effects can occur.”
In July, 2004 a study published in the journal of Pediatrics  also found that DXM had the effects of a placebo in improving the night-time cough. It doesn’t help with the cough while sleeping at night, tested on 100 youngsters that have upper-respiratory problems.
Knowing these facts, it’s better to try working on homemade medicine that work great for cough and cold, instead of buying products that may cause more difficult problems that you should have.
